Who is this course designed for?
This course is designed at two levels:

For employees with no or less experience ( 0 to 5 yrs)

For experienced people, team Leaders( ,middle & senior ) Management who need to present to their Clients, senior Leadership, internal and external stakeholders
Program Structure
Pre-Work

Participants are asked to come prepared with a presentation or alternately send a recorded Presentation to the facilitator before hand
Pre-Assessment
-
Participants present individually at the beginning of the workshop.

The facilitator gives a highlighting their strengths and areas of improvement as a presenter
Post-Assessment
-
At the end of the workshop there is a post assessment. Participants’ presentations are recorded, played back to them with another detailed feedback
Post Workshop Handholding
-
Three months post the training, there is a half- day session, where the participants present again, discuss their challenges and get another detailed individual feedback.
